HOLCOMBE LODGE Weekend Rate - Minimum 2 nights

Normal Weekend = Friday & Saturday Nights



HOLCOMBE LODGE Midweek Rate - Minimum 2 nights

Mid week concession rates for the Holcombe Lodge at OFF-PEAK times throughout the year

Additional Nights Stay $100 per person per night



EXTENDED STAY & WEEKLY SPECIALS

Extended stay booking rates are available & can be quoted -based on off-peak times throughout the year and availability

Weekly bookings are far more cost efficient than the short stay weekend or daily rates. ON ARRIVAL YOU WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF SPARKLING WINE AND FINE CHOCOLATES

All rates quoted are in AUD$'s and include the 10% Goods & Services Tax (GST).


Included with your accommodation:

A DEPOSIT- OF 50% is required to confirm a booking with the balance payable upon arrival

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS CAN ONLY BE HELD FOR A PERIOD OF 7 DAYS WITHOUT A CONFIRMING DEPOSIT.

Cancellation Policy

As we operate a very small one-off venue, cancellations affect us greatly so if in the event of a cancelled booking deposits will be refunded in full (less a $35.00 cancellation fee) up to 30 days prior to arrival. If short notice cancellations do happen to occur we will endeavor to re-let the cancelled time and if successful we will refund full deposit (less the costs incurred to secure the re-let) or carry forward the booking to a suitably available time (with no cancellation fee charged) ) WE WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE OUR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS TO TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE TO PROTECT YOURSELF FROM ANY UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES / DELAYS ETC, THAT MAY OCCUR OCCASIONALLY.
